2. Purposes and legal bases of data processing

2.1 Contacting us

If you contact us (first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number), we process this data exclusively to handle your enquiry and to carry out orders (tree care, tree inspection etc.). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures).

2.2 WhatsApp contact

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button, communication takes place directly via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). We only receive the data you voluntarily transmit (e.g. your message, your phone number). We process this data to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

2.3 Server logs (hosting)

Our hosting provider automatically stores server logs (including IP address, access time, page accessed). This data serves the technical provision of the website and its security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in website security and functionality).

3. Storage period

We store your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose (e.g. until the order is completed) or until you withdraw your consent. After that we delete the data, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under tax or commercial law) apply.

Your data is not sold or marketed to third parties. Data is only passed on where necessary to fulfil the order (e.g. to subcontractors such as arborists, transport companies or other specialists). They receive only the data required for the work and are contractually bound to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

5. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of your consent and objection. Simply contact us by e-mail or phone (see section 1).
